  • Mandatory Proof: To initiate a return, you must provide a proper, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label, the opening of the package, and the specific manufacturing or size defect. Without a valid unboxing video, your return request will be rejected.

  • Refund Mode & Timeline: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our team, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. The refund will be completed within 1 week of the approval date.

2) Cancellation Policy
